Well, this is one drawing i wasn't sure about uploading, hope you'll like it anyway , tho.. critique is always welcome .
I was thinking about drawing Soreen ... tho i'm not sure if this is really her ... she is Blissadora and Tirius' mother <Tirius is another character i've yet to introduce , along with Bliss' father, oh well i'll eventually get to that >
based on her daughter's figure I'm guessing it is either before pregnancy or the father may have a hand in the Bliss' size xD lol
the arm on the left is a teeny teeny bit short but the pose and its weight shift is passable definitely even if a teacher would point out how the head isn't based over the foot where she is balancing 100%. But I love her doughy but strong hourglass curves, you don't see that often even in figure drawing classes especially in a very intricate pose like this.

Informative as usual , i was really having a hard time guessing why this one just didn't seem right, well apart from the left hand that is .. it got to the point where i wasn't sure i should post it; you have my thanks for clearing it out .
Also, the reason why i wasn't sure if she is supposed to be Bliss' mother is partly because of her weight , since her father Quital, wich i haven't gotten around to drawing yet, is rather slim much like her brother Tirius, wich, again i haven't drawn yet. But anyhow, even if i do draw Soreen again, i'll probably be using this drawing as a base.
Heh, my mind is a bit broken at the moment. It's been a really long day. So my critique probably would only be nit-picking!
I can't really accurately critique your style as I feel like the style allows errors (like small hands) which would kill other drawings. Besides, cuteness blinds the angry critique beast within me.
However, I will point out that to me it looks like you were trying a bit of an pose twist with the hips but the spine doesn't fit with it's direction. However, I am probably not as accurate as TwilightThorn so it's not a big thing anyway.
Again, unique costume design+cute character. I thought only girls could design such unique designs and combine it with cute characters... so either you are female in reality or the perfect hybrid of female and male artist and able to combine both traits...which would be quite the talent actually! XD
And pointing out the issue about her looking rather thin while her daughter is fat. Fat people don't always have fat children and skinny people don't always have skinny children...genetics are only half of it after all...so I can't see the problem

Ok, i feel like i must reply to this comment as well . Her pose looks to be, to me at least, completely random i'll admit i tried thinking up a pose for this drawing.. but.. aparently i only managed to do it halfway through .. this is something i've developed over time, i rarely start with a thought-out idea.. most of the time.. i just think about who i want to draw.. and the pose and everything just.. comes out while drawing .. i know it's far from being the best of ways to work... but.. it's one way of beating my frequent mind blocks ^^:. And hehe about my gender.. yes i am male .. but i have studied girl's artworks, and i just thought.. why not try to incorporate they're style into my own.. and.. while i'm still far from actually making my own style yet.. i'm pleased with how it looks for now .. of course that doesn't mean that i don't continuously look for new sources of inspiration and ways to improve myself.. speaking of wich.. i'm desperately trying to get myself to start working in PS .. but i'm in dire need of some help to start me off.

Plus the smell might make you a bit rank.
